I stayed for four nights as a solo traveler, primarily to explore the nearby attractions. The location was excellent, just a short walk to places like the Hemingway Home and the Butterfly Conservatory, making it really convenient for sightseeing. One of the highlights was the ability to relax on the shared balcony, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood. It was nice to find grocery stores and restaurants nearby, which made dining easy without venturing into busier areas.

Photos indicate a breakfast that doesn’t exist!!! The sound insulation is terrible, making it hard to rest. The rusty closet was an eyesore, much like the lack of space for toiletries in the bathroom!!!

The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, especially during the hotter parts of the day. Noise from nearby parties occasionally disrupted my sleep, which was a bit frustrating.

the decor was nice, but I expected a proper closet instead of a rusty wire shelf—how charming, right? And let’s not even get started on the breakfast. while I hoped for a delightful array, there was none. i almost wrote a glowing review, but honestly, I just couldn’t. Maybe a little special treatment next time?

Additionally, the location was excellent, just steps away from busy Duval St and the harbor, which made accessing key areas straightforward.

Noise from the nearby party venue disrupted sleep at night.
